How can we make exhibiting as easy as possible?
Our “Ready Made” booth option is a pre-built booth at a fixed price that includes the setup fee, lighting, carpeting, and walls. It makes it easy to participate in the trade show—you can essentially set up your products right away.
We are a young company that wants to exhibit—what options are available to us?
For many emerging designers, the first step toward participating in the fair is Greenhouse, a section you apply to and for which the Greenhouse jury makes the selection.
For smaller design studios and designers who handle their own production—or who work with small-scale manufacturers—we offer the Small Scale concept.
For the New Ventures section, we hand-select young brands that we see as the next generation of exhibitors. The booths come in various sizes, feature an open layout, and all costs are included.
We'd like to exhibit in an exhibition space rather than at a booth—is that possible?
Open booths are something we’re seeing more and more of, which the Stockholm Furniture Fair views positively. It’s an effective way to reduce both waste and construction, and it’s also appreciated by our visitors. Ahead of the 2027 fair, we’re expanding the areas where we offer exhibition space.
