Exhibition space
As an exhibitor, you can book anything from a smaller space for an installation or a single podium to a larger exhibition area of up to 500 m².
Ahead of SFF 2027, we want to encourage new thinking – with a greater focus on creative, innovative, and sustainable ways of presenting content rather than extensive stand constructions.
We welcome collaborations and shared solutions, where several participants share space and create value together. Placement and size are adapted individually based on each participant’s needs and circumstances.
Base price stand area
- Companies with a turnover more than SEK 4 million -1 990 SEK/m² (excl. VAT)
- Companies with an annual turnover of less than SEK 4 million – SEK 995/m² (excl. VAT)
To participate as a main exhibitor, a mandatory Starter package is required for each stand.
Starter package – SEK 8,590 (excl. VAT)
The Starter package includes:
- Registration fee
- Company profile online
- Stockholmsmässan group insurance for exhibitors
- Free exhibitor cards
- Power outlet 230V/10A, 1 pc
- Stand cleaning (of floors) for day 1
- Freight and empty packaging handling (read terms and conditions here)
- Free entrance tickets to send to customers until January 8, 2027, then 50% discount. 10 tickets, valid 1 day/visitor
- Leadmate license, 1 pc
- Environmental fee
Co-exhibitor fee - SEK 6 495 (excl. VAT)
If you intend to exhibit in partnership with another company (the main exhibitor), a co‑exhibitor fee will apply. As a co‑exhibitor, you will receive the same services and will be promoted in the same manner as the main exhibitor.

Ready Made & Ready Made Plus
The Ready Made stand package is available to exhibitors who have booked the package together with their exhibition stand space.
Once you have ordered your stand package, you can order additional products and services from our range to complement what is already included in the package.

New Ventures is the platform for the next generation of design—brands, studios, and designers who reflect new tendencies in the industry and are making their debut at Stockholm Furniture Fair. This is where those who drive the future of design through their ideas, expressions, and entrepreneurship participate. The ready-made exhibition spaces are available in two sizes: 25.5 and 34 sqm. Examples of previous participants include Joy Objects, Bebó, NM3, Very Simple Kitchen, Swedish Girls, and Creme Atelier.
