Accessibility
We work continuously to ensure that Stockholmsmässan is an accessible place for everyone.
At some fairs, however, limited accessibility may occur, for example at fairs with built-up level differences or large crowds. Please contact us before your visit if you have any questions.

Guide dog
Certified assistance dogs, such as service, guide, medical alert and signal dogs are allowed to enter the fair.
Hearing aids
Stockholmsmässan has hearing aid systems for those with hearing aids. The hearing aid loop has its own radio receiver, which means that you will be able to hear the performance/lecture very well without disturbing background noise. These hearing aids are available in the following rooms: Victoria Hall, K1, K2, K11, K21, T1, T2. You can collect them from the Information Desk on presentation of your ID.
Hearing impaired
Companions and interpreters for the hearing impaired always have free admission.
This applies to up to two companions and they must be able to show a companion card.
Parking lots
We have about 25 parking spaces reserved for those with a parking permit for disabled. You will find these places in the garage at P1, outside the Scandic Talk hotel and at the east entrance. Of course, the parking permit also applies to other parking spaces.
Wheelchairs
A limited number of wheelchairs can be borrowed from the information desk at the main entrance on presentation of identification. Wheelchairs cannot be booked in advance.
Restaurants
Stockholmsmässan’s permanent restaurants are wheelchair accessible.
See all our restaurants here.
Toilets
Disabled toilets are available at the entrances, in the exhibition halls and galleries.
