Exhibition space
As an exhibitor, you can book anything from a smaller space for an installation or a single podium to a larger exhibition area of up to 500 sqm. Ahead of SFF 2027, we want to encourage new thinking – with a greater focus on creative, innovative, and sustainable ways of presenting content rather than extensive stand constructions. We welcome collaborations and shared solutions, where several participants share space and create value together. Placement and size are adapted individually based on each participant’s needs and circumstances.
Base price exhibition space
- Companies with a turnover of more than SEK 4 million -1 990 SEK/sqm (excl. VAT)
- Companies with a turnover of less than 4 million SEK – 995 SEK/sqm (excl. VAT)
To participate as a main exhibitor, there is a mandatory Starter Package per booked exhibition space
Starter package – 8 590 SEK (excl. VAT)
The start package includes:
- Registration fee
- Online company profile
- Stockholmsmässan group insurance for exhibitors
- Free exhibitor cards
- Electrical outlet 230V/10A, 1 pc
- Stand cleaning (of floors) for day 1
- Handling of goods and empty packaging (read terms and conditions here)
- Free entrance tickets to send to customers until January 8, 2027, then 50% discount. 10 tickets, valid 1 day/visitor
- Leadmate license, 1 pc
- Environmental fee
Added value and discounts
Book early discount: 100 SEK/sqm. Valid until April 30, 2026.
Co-exhibitor fee - SEK 6 495 (excl. VAT)
If you intend to exhibit in partnership with another company (the main exhibitor), a co‑exhibitor fee will apply. As a co‑exhibitor, you will receive the same services and will be promoted in the same manner as the main exhibitor.

Terms and conditions
Booking terms
- 100% of the Entry Fee for the Starter Package and 0% of the Stand Rent until the end of December 2025.
- 100% of the Entry Fee for the Starter Package and 25% of the Stand Rent as of January 1, 2026.
- 100% of the Entry Fee for the Starter Package and 50% of the Stand Rent as of August 1, 2026.
- 100% of the Entry Fee for the Starter Package and 100% of the Stand Rent as of October 1, 2026.
Freight and empty packaging handling
Quantities of goods exceeding 1000 kg or 4 cubic meters must be pre-booked at least four working days before the arrival of the goods. (Unbooked unloading/loading will be charged. Special agreements may apply for heavier lifting)
Our stands
We offer several different exhibition options. Customize your own stand, exhibit with others or book a ready-made stand for easy participation.
Ready Made
For exhibitors seeking a simple and convenient participation option, we offer smaller, pre-built stands at a fixed price. Newly designed solutions with aluminum frames are available in sizes of 9 and 12 sqm. This alternative is suitable, for example, for those who wish to showcase architectural details, smaller products, or a limited number of items.
New Ventures
New Ventures is the platform for the next generation of design—brands, studios, and designers who reflect new tendencies in the industry and are making their debut at Stockholm Furniture Fair. This is where those who drive the future of design through their ideas, expressions, and entrepreneurship participate. The ready-made exhibition spaces are available in two sizes: 25.5 and 34 sqm. Examples of previous participants include Joy Objects, Bebó, NM3, Very Simple Kitchen, Swedish Girls, and Creme Atelier.
