Companies with a turnover less than 4 million SEK — 1 095 SEK per sqm (excl. VAT)

To participate as a main exhibitor, a mandatory Start package is required for each stand.

Start package 8 590 SEK (excl. VAT)

The start package includes:

Registration fee
Online company profile
Stockholmsmässan group insurance for exhibitors
Free exhibitor cards
Electrical outlet 230V/10A, 1st
Stand cleaning (of floors) for day 1
Freight and empty packaging handling
Free entry tickets to send out to cutomers until January 8, 2027, after that 50% discount on the purchase of additional tickets.

Co-exhibitor fee — SEK 6 495 SEK (excl. VAT)

If you intend to exhibit in partnership with another company (the main exhibitor), a co‑exhibitor fee will apply. As a co‑exhibitor, you will receive the same services and will be promoted in the same manner as the main exhibitor.
Please complete the registration of interest form to register as a co‑exhibitor.

Booking terms

100% of Registration fee/Start package and 0% of Stand rent until December 31, 2025.
100% of the Registration fee/Start package and 25% of Stand rent from January 1, 2026.
100% of Registration fee/Start package and 50% of Stand Rent from August 1, 2026.
100% of Registration fee/Start package and 100% of Stand Rent from October 1, 2026.
