Welcome to a panel discussion that departs from the exhibition Plastic Perspectives. Researchers, designers and industry representatives will discuss whether we can fully avoid plastics in products and built environments, and if it is even desirable. What are the benefits and disadvantages of different plastic materials in terms of resource management, reuse, recycling, and functionality and what are the ways forward for sustainable plastics use?
